The CORT process is designed to be as easy and painless for you as possible. Our team works to provide the outcome you are looking for and no matter the size of the project, we strive to provide the best rental experience possible for you, always with our CORT Commitment™ in mind.
We meet with you to understand your needs, conduct a site review and then collaborate with you to determine the best options that meet your needs and budget. Next, our designers create a 3D model of your workplace with all the furniture so you can preview, and approve, of how everything will look, prior to delivery.
We work to deliver and install everything on your timetable. Does your building require an after-hours install, elevator reservations or security-required background checks? No problem. At CORT we plan to make sure everthing is correct the first time.
Prior to delivery we re-confirm the site is ready and provide a time window for our arrival, we install everything and then conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to make sure everything is perfect.
Once your work place is up and running, we provide detailed monthly billing and our on-site repair and parts department will take care of any maintenance needs - so you can get concentrate on running your business and not worry about your furniture.
When you are ready to have you furniture picked up, call us and we will schedule a pickup around your schedule. We use the same care and process as when we installed. Finally we'll contact a site walkthrough to make sure that your space is exactly how we found it.
