Protection Program and White-Glove Service

CORT Customer Protection Plan
The CORT Customer Protection Plan* (CPP) covers damage or loss of furniture during your lease due to natural disasters or extreme weather events. This coverage excludes theft, disappearance, gross negligence, misuse, or abuse of property.
The Customer Protection Plan cost is equivalent to 12% of your monthly base rent and is added to your monthly payments.
*This fee can be waived if CORT is provided with a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming CORT as a "Loss Payee”. For questions, call 888-360-2678 or email us at [email protected].

CORT’s White-Glove Delivery,
Installation and Pickup Service
CORT provides bespoke delivery services where we will deliver and set-up your furniture in the rooms you specify, making your new home Move-In Ready. At the end of your lease, we will come and pick everything up so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Your one-time fee for delivery, setup and final pickup is calculated in checkout based on your zip code. CORT may be able to deliver in as little as 24 hours for an additional charge.
