The Challenge

Sierra Wireless, a multinational wireless communications equipment designer and manufacturer headquartered in British Columbia, worked with JLL to market a 10,000 square footage vacant sublease space in Atlanta, GA.

The Solution

JLL, always looking to provide innovative solutions to clients, suggested that Sierra Wireless consider leveraging CORT’s flexible Furniture as a Service model™ to furnish the vacant sublease. The goal of creating a trendy “ready to occupy” plug & play space was to accelerate the process of finding a tenant to move into the space.

The Result

Together, JLL and CORT were able to produce multiple concepts throughout the space that would appeal to a variety of workplace customers.
