Sierra Wireless, a multinational wireless communications equipment designer and manufacturer headquartered in British Columbia, worked with JLL to market a 10,000 square footage vacant sublease space in Atlanta, GA.

The goal of creating a trendy “ready to occupy” plug & play space was to accelerate the process of finding a tenant to move into the space.
