Mid-range markets (e.g. Austin TX, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Nashville TN) start at $260/month. Higher-cost markets (e.g. Denver CO, Miami FL, Phoenix AZ, Washington DC) start at $280/month. Premium markets (e.g. Boston MA, Los Angeles CA, New York NY, San Diego CA, San Francisco CA, Seattle WA) start at $295/month.
The Starter Package includes: Sofa, Coffee Table, Floor Lamp (Living Room); Headboard, Queen Mattress Set, Chest, Nightstand, Table Lamp (Bedroom); Dining Table, 2 Dining Chairs (Dining Room). 10 pieces total across 3 rooms.
Additional monthly costs apply for home office furniture, second bedroom furniture, TVs, appliances, home decor, bed linens, kitchenware, and other add-on items.
Individual items can be rented without a full package. There is a monthly minimum. Rentals start at $150/month for a 12-month lease.
