DISCLAIMER: CORT Delivery Teams will only deliver and/or pick-up a rental gas dryer from your premises – they are not authorized to connect or disconnect the dryer from the gas line. CORT customers will be required to sign a gas dryer rental waiver prior to the gas dryer being delivered to the customer's residence.

Required for Installation and/or Pick-up:

• 1) A Standard 110 Volt, 3 Prong electrical outlet within reach of your rental gas dryer’s power cord
• 2) A natural gas shut-off valve with a metal connection located directly behind where the dryer will be placed.
• 3) A new gas flex connection hose supplied by the Leasee or by the contracted Third Party Contractor - CORT will not supply a new gas line which is required for each new installation.
• 4) A Third Party Licensed and Authorized Contractor contracted by the Leasee to safely connect the gas line to the rental gas dryer leased from CORT.
• 5) A Third Party Licensed and Authorized Contractor contracted by the Leasee to safely disconnect the gas line from the leased CORT rental gas dryer prior to the arrival and pick-up of the dryer by CORT Delivery Teams.
