• Your furniture will be delivered and picked up on the date promised.
• Your furniture will arrive clean and undamaged.
• If a substitution is necessary, it will be of equal or greater value than the original item ordered. You may keep the substitution at no additional cost or replace it when the originally ordered item is back in stock.
• If you're unhappy with the condition of any piece of furniture, we'll exchange it within one week of delivery.

Not sure whether you want to rent or buy? Flexible long- and short-term leases are available on most of the furniture we rent. Under the CORT Ownership Option Program, you'll have maximum flexibility.

You can own the furniture outright after a set period of time. Or, you have the flexibility to return your furniture after a minimum rental period without penalty.
