Get 25% off your first month's rent on a 6 month lease or longer and or get 10% off items you purchase through our Clearance Center that are not on sale or already discounted. Federal and State Government employees will be extended additional furniture rental discounts as applicable
Q:Do I have to order a complete package or can I order individual items? Can I mix and match pieces?
A:CORT can tailor a proposal to your needs whether you need a complete package or individual items. Please contact one of our online Rental Specialists to assist you with this.
Q:Your online catalogue only provides pricing for a 6 month lease. Will CORT provide a shorter lease term?
A:Yes, CORT typically provides 3, 6, and 12 month leases. Please ask one of our online specialists about shorter lease terms.
Q:What is covered in your damage waiver?
A:CORT's waiver fee covers all damage that may be caused to the rental furniture due to a fire, or flood. It also covers normal wear and tear but not damage to upholstery or furniture items.
Q:Will our furniture and housewares be brand new?
A:CORT delivers only furniture and houseware items that are in showroom condition.
Q:What is your cleaning process if the furniture and housewares are not new?
A:Not sure how far to take this and questions about mattress cleaning but it comes up often so I would love to have a national way to respond to this.
Q:How quickly can I receive the furniture once I place my order?
A:CORT can typically deliver and set-up your furniture within forty-eight hours business hours (M-Friday). Twenty-four hour delivery can often be arranged at an additional cost in most areas.
Q:How can I view furniture for sale?
A:Currently, CORT does not offer the items in our catalog for purchase online. To make a purchase, please visit a CORT Showroom or Clearance Center near you.

A:On Residential Furniture rental needs: Our online specialists and showrooms will assist you in putting your custom furniture rental order together. CORT representatives will create a secured profile for you where you will answer a few questions along with your social security number to complete the credit process. Upon credit approval CORT can delivery and set-up your furniture within 48 business hours.
